About the event
Discover the traditional movements of sacred dance, whose roots reach back to the sacred temple dances of Ancient Egypt. Through these movements we can support our own healing and deepen our connection to spirit.
In this workshop you will:
· Explore the five Hermetic elements – air, fire, water, earth and ether
· Experience a walking meditation, bringing awareness to each step
